The Development

 

Located at 308 Parkside Drive in Waterdown, near Hamilton, Ontario, the project includes 44 rental homes in three-storey apartments and three-bedroom townhouses.

As with all Kindred Works projects, 308 Parkside is accessible and sustainable – climate safe, designed for the 2050 climate and uses carbon reduction strategies. The project also includes a children’s play area and a community garden, along with adding a new daycare space in the adjacent building. The site is located near the Aldershot GO Station, so residents will enjoy convenient and efficient access to the greater golden horseshoe through Metrolinx regional transit system.
